I am having fun scraping my wedding pics! It almost makes me want a wedding again but then I remember everything that went wrong that day hahahaha Phillip and I were so tried and stressed that rather then leaving the fallowing morning for our honeymoon Phillip decided about an hour into our reception that we would take the 6:30 flight and we had not even finished taking our pictures! And we had a very big wedding about 500, so we have to get the dances, greeting the massive crowd of guests we had waiting for us, toss the bouquet and garter, do the cake and toasts and everything else done in about 2 hours, oh and try to eat too! I think that was the best time we had all day. So we run around getting everything done, kissed our son goodbye and just took off leaving everyone to party without us, once we landed in Las Vegas we starting talking about all we wanted to do was go to sleep but wait..........

We didn't take in consideration that we did not have a hotel room for our last minute travel plans. So we walked around and played video poker until we couldn't stay awake any longer. We drove to the MGM where we would have a room later in the day and we slept in our rental car (mini van) LOL we laugh about this all the time. And we will never for get it.

Round 2 of the GDS Supreme Team Contest!

I can believe I made it to round 2! I truly did not think I would make it. But here I am :) So I work for about 4 hrs on my LO HAHAHAHAHA Good thing Phillip was out of town for the weekend or I don't think I would have stayed up until 1am to finish it. I had know clue what I was going to scrap, so I took the kids to the park to get some fresh pics to work with. I got some great photos but the one with Ava looking up at me and her eyes just seamed to jump out at me so I took it from there. I think this is one of the best LOs I have ever done I just LOVE everything about it. So here it is.

Journaling reads: Somethings I love about you: your stunning blue eyes, your smile, your love for your big brother, how you say "es peas" (yes please), when you hear the door open you run yelling "daddy", I love when you hold my hand, when you look at me from the corner of your eyes. xxoo Mommy

We were giving Christy Skaggs kit called A New Day

I played with the hue / saturation on some of the paper and one of the flowers. I used the frames in the kit to crop the papers. Extracted the pink flower from the branch that is included in the kit. The large square in the middle is one paper soft burned and layered with another then I merged the 2 and added an inner bevel. Everything else is re-sizing, drop shadows and rotating.

August Recipe Challenge

Phillip could not wait to get Hayden a dirt bike, Hayden was only 3 when her got his for Christmas. LOL Well Hayden had no interest in leaning to ride a bicycle until this past May HAHAHA So now that he had gotten the hand of balancing his ready to hit the dirt bike. Well he had a ton of fun riding it around the yard and out of no where run right into the house LOL And it hit us that Hayden was wearing sandals, short, tank top, and no helmet!!!! So we put the bike away for the day.
